Comments [We just returned from a week long Bareboat Catamaran Trip exploring the BVI with our entire family. We chartered a 52' PowerCat from the Moorings which is another complete review. We are a diving family with all but 1 over 1,000 dives. We booked our diving with Dive BVI after reading about their Rendezvous Diving and talking with Steve over the phone. He was very helpful with advise on different mooring locations and with what was still closed due to the Hurricanes of last year. We dove 6 days with Dive BVI picking us up from our boat at a different island every day. My youngest son threw us a curve when he and his girlfriend decided to Free Dive all week but the crew took it in stride and everything went off without a hitch. The Boat was a 36' Newton with large dive platform and ladder. The crew was exceptional. Rupert and Becca were great. Briefings were detailed and their local knowledge was very helpful. Rupert's briefing on the Wreck of the Rhone should be put on as a play.
We did dives on 7 islands over 6 days including 2 dives on the Rhone, and dives on Norman, Pelican, Cooper, Ginger, West Dog, and Jost Van Dyke. While the dives on the Rhone were the best, there were others that were excellent including Thumb Rock and Wreck Alley on Cooper Island, Flintstones on West Dog Island, and Twin Towers on Jost Van Dyke. We saw Reef sharks on all but 1 dive, Eagle Rays on numerous dives, a Stingray Cleaning Station at Wreck Alley that reminded me of the Manta Cleaning Stations in Yap and Palau, and on our last dive of the trip had a Dolphin spend several minutes scratching his back on the fans and sand. I cannot recommend Dive BVI enough and look forward to diving with them again soon.None]

UW Photo Comments [None]We had 3 large camera setups and there was plenty of room in the Camera Only Rinse Bucket on the Boat. This was one disadvantage of chartering and living on a Boat for a week is there is little room to rinse gear, Charge Batteries etc but would gladly deal with these hassles again.
