Comments This was a very good trip which was made even better since there were only 9 guests on the boat. I was going with a friend, so we were allowed to split up and each had our own room on the boat. Just lucky. The crew was great, and very helpful. The dive masters were very experienced and helpful about pointing out things to see. I was a bit disappointed in the health of some of the coral, definately deteriorating. The boat promised 27 dives for the week and they delivered as promised, as long as you didn't mind 2 days diving at 6am. That meant there were 6 total dives on those days. They were quite firm on diving with a computer. One guest didn't obey his computer and got locked out for 24 hours and the captain would not let him dive during that time. Another guest's computer malfunctioned and she did a 30 min unnecessary deco stop just to keep her computer happy so she could continue diving. Otherwise, the crew was quite accommodating. The food was good but not fabulous. The highlight of the trip was all the Reef sharks that we saw. I have more shark photos than I know what to do with now. They were completely unconcerned with the divers and just circled around us on several dive sites. Some nice nurse sharks and groupers as well. Petting a grouper is always an unusual experience. Fish were not abundant but many of the usuals were seen. I did see lion fish for the first time and it was a bit disconcerting to see how many of them there were. I would certainly recommend this trip.

UW Photo Comments Battery charging station was a bit crowded and there were just 9 of us on the boat, would have hated to see it with a full boat. Otherwise plenty of space for cameras and large rinse tank.
