Comments Diving with Flamingo is like diving with friends. Most of the boat will be filled with repeat customers. The max divers are 8 and I have been on with as few as 4. The Flamingo Spirt is tight fit with 8 on board, but not uncomfortable. And with such a small number, you really do interact with other divers. A nice way to meet new people from around the US, CA, UK, etc.

The ride to dive sites is about 45 minutes - usually calm and unbelievable shades of blue. Two dives that last about an hour, with a 1-hour surface interval and another 45 minutes back. Jayne usually takes the first dive, Mickey the second. Fruit and cookies as snacks.

Flamingo leaves at 8 so usually the first boat to dive sites, and back for lunch. Water to drink. Option to snorkel. Photos/videos are sent to divers at no cost. Drop off your gear, and every morning when you return is cleaned and set-up for you. Excellent quality rental gear available. Because of depths, computer required.

Likely to see reef sharks (80% of dives) and good chance of turtles and occasionally eagle rays, dolphin, hammerheads. (I have seen all these with Flamingo) Plus all the usual Caribbean suspects - large and small. Reefs are very healthy. Reefs are 45'-60' deep, and then the wall drop off. Because of the depth, hurricanes have not impacted reef at all. Nitrox is a good idea see shallow reefs deep. But air works fine if you watch your depth.

I have gone diving with most of the other TCI operators, but Flamingo is the best because of Micky and Jane, and the max 8 divers. No cattle boats, and you really do feel like your diving with friends and family.
