Comments Great dive operation - conscientious on checking nitrox fills, watching out for the less experienced divers, finding unique fish (flameback and cherub angelfish) and overall very friendly. We usually went out with 4-6 divers total. All sites are current dives, with some more "fly-by" than others. They hunted (and caught) lionfish every dive. Even though there are numerous large and small lionfish, the reef fish population appeared very healthy. The soft corals were lush and with many different types, and there are sponges everywhere. No big fish (other than tarpon at one site), but a few large angelfish seen each dive. Lots of eels, and a few huge turtles. Because of the currents, it was difficult to see much macro. Unfortunately, we didn't find any seahorses, but they say they are numerous here.
We only dove out of Speyside (on the Atlantic), but they also have an operation on the south end of the island near the airport (Caribbean).
We stayed at an apt. on the north side of Scarborough that was very nice, but it was an hour drive each way to dive. When we return, we will definitely stay in Speyside.
