Comments Dive operators are rough on your equipment, the boats (I call them whale boats) are extremely difficult for older divers to get back on, and all entries are roll-off. You need to be in good shape to dive the Speyside area on the northern end of Tobago. Can't speak for the southern end.

UW Photo Comments Some of the best coral and marine life abundance I've experienced! Bookends, Special and Japanese Gardens were my lifetime favorite dive sites. However, no camera buckets on boats. Had WiFi in lobby for uploading photos etc. Swift currents makes photo a snap-shot on the fly situation. Not really conducive to sharp focus work, unless you can find a spot to get in out of the current, then you loose the rest of your group as they drifted on. If you turn into the current and kick as hard as you can you might manage to stay in one spot. Best to hold on to a rock if you can find one - don't hold on to the coral!
