Comments Our second trip to Culebra, Todd,Walter and staff are great. They are not used to individuals diving for a week, but it is worth the stay. Renting a house or villa on the island is easy, and Jerry's Jeeps has golf carts or jeeps. The island is very laid back, and the only issue with the site of the dive shop is parking your vehicle to walk to the shop. Todd and Walter do a great job of taking care of their guests, and making sure their diving is relaxed and enjoyable.
We dove in December, and in March each trip had several exceptional dive sites. We did not see whales, but we did hear their song when diving.
We cooked most of our meals, and found two grocery stores that had everything you would need. The meat market in the store was reasonable, and vegetables arrived on island 2 -3 times per week. There was even a farmers market you could shop twice a week.
If you are looking for a place to relax and also meet friendly folks without the hassle of needing a passport this is it.

UW Photo Comments Todd and Walter will help if you a new photographer. They also have a great eye for critters. Several dives were repeated because we requested to make another dive.
I really enjoyed the diving in the blue, because of all the action and the sea life.
