Comments This is nudibranch heaven. I've been there three times now and there have been nudies everywhere. Some are seasonal so there have been some different ones each I was there.

Buceo Anilao is built on a very steep hill. The lowest cabana is about 70 steps up from the dive shop/dining/bar level. (I start stair climbing months before going there and ask for the lowest available cabana.) The pangas are small and can get crowded if there are 6 divers on the boat. I usually request my own (with my buddy) boat and guide. That way I can go to the sites I want to see. You can order meals (breakfast is buffet) or get the buffet. I signed up for the complete meal package and found that ordering off the menu was far cheaper. I asked to change the package. I was surprised that they went back and changed the charges for all the meals I already had to a la carte which saved me a bundle.

Getting there is easy from Manila; it's about a 2.5 hour drive.
