Comments 3 hour van ride from Manila airport, one hour boat ride to resort. The resort was very good, although there were only ~6 divers there most of the week we were there. The service was exceptional. The food was good and they aimed to please customizing orders. When busy breakfast is buffet style with eggs cooked to order. Lunch is from a menu board of 4 items or a selection of mongolian BBQ. Dinner was also off the menu board with a la carte BBQ items (hamburgers, steaks, etc.) The dive staff were constantly training. The dive masters were very good at pointing things out for us - flamboyant cuttlefish, pygmy and thorny seahorses, nudibranchs, octopus, small and giant frog fish, etc. Some muck but mostly healthy reefs. Remants of a typhoon hitting China caused some rainy, windy weather (local power goes out and the generator comes on). This also caused us to spend a day diving in the harbor on some of the wrecks, which was low visibility but still great sites with lots of critters. Diving was from speed boats with backroll entry. Shore entry to the boats - sand in your booties. Drinking water available free all day and they pushed it. Good bar - 50 Bar.

UW Photo Comments No facilities on boats for rinsing cameras, but very short rides to/from dive sites. There were three camera rinse tanks right at the beach. Camera room with lots of room and 220/110 VAC outlets and low pressure air available which was locked at night.
