Comments half of corals on the island are dead , but plenty of fish in some places ( blacktips , turtles on premises ).

From 1/2 hr to 1 hr's boatride , on deserted islands , corals and fishlife are practically as bountiful as in the 90's , mobulas , sharks , turtles etc .But , beware : this is Baa atoll , on the Unesco world heritage .
Dive club : good staff, equipment , boat .
Resort : quite pleasant , many activities . a nurse on premises .
good cuisine , competent reception staff .

As Baa atoll is a certain distance from the International airport, we spent our 2 last days , near Male airport , at Kuda Bandos ( no big deal , but convenient ; M.D on premises ) , so as not to miss our return flight ( 10 minutes direct fast boat from K B to Male Airport )
