Comments If you have the time and money to do it, Wakatobi Dive Resort is probably the best place I've been to for diving from both a content (what you see), conditions, service and value. I can't wait to go back. Bottom line, the staff on the down low said January and February they get waves and not so great viz, and they are very busy from July through December, so they recommended March through June. I was there in June and confirm it was wonderful.

Closest Airport DPS Getting There This is long haul from the US. Two stops from west coast, 3 from the east. You need to get to Bali and from there the resort has its own plane to get you to Wakatobi.
