Comments If the crew on this boat were not so very hard working our dive group would have departed the boat. We were assured this boat had recently been in the yard for an overhaul, what we found was to the contrary. Dry rot evidence was everywhere?Roaches greeted us almost immediately...a problem almost impossible to completely control in the tropics, but this was more than just a few, they came in hordes. No hot water through half of our 10 day trip despite asking why and why not. The toilet in several rooms over flowed when flushed...not the least pleasant. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly daily nor ever by the looks of the filth in cornets and under the beds. Dive tenders did not stay above divers at all times...more a lack of supervision than anything else. Food was marginable...much of it fried. The main salon, at night, was used as a crew sleeping area...the cloth couches absorbed the smell of their bodies rendering the area unpleasant.
The crew did everything they could to rectify the problems and never complained despite seeing the same problems we were aware of.
