Comments This boat is relatively new, and it was beautiful, comfortable, and they had taken care of many of the small things that can bug you about a liveaboard. Divemasters went nice and slowly and were very good at finding things and managing the dive. Cruise Director was excellent - personable, helpful attitude, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia so he communicated well with the crew.

A typical Komodo trip, I think. I was last there in 2014 and there were literally at least twice as many boats this time. We did have great manta action down south - though we could only stay for one day because of winds. Lots of big fish, turtles, mall fish. Some coral doesn't look as healthy as I remember, but some looked great.

Dive log only shows a few sharks (white-tipped reef) on one dive.

Water except in the south was warm enough for a 3mm shorty (and I get cold easily.)

The 2 days from Maumere would be better spent in Komodo.

I will be going on this boat again - it was a great experience!
