Comments Kungkungan Bay Resort (KBR)is a very well organized dedicated dive resort.package included room,3 boat dives/day,meals,bottled water, airport transfers, taxes, service charge.house reef diving is included from 8AM to 5PM.the house reef is a very nice coral reef.Diving is best done with the experienced dive guides that will point out all the odd, strange creatures you came to Lembeh Strait to see.4 divers/guide.All of our dives were over 1 hour & unhurried.Boats were small with easy back roll entry, could remove gear in the water & sturdy ladder for exit. Our guides Liberty & Jony were excellent.Night dives & a mandarin fish dive were also available for 50.00.& were great.Tanks were always 3000 psi & nitrox was 32.It's all about the muck (sand) diving in Lembeh but we did dive Angel's Window which was a pretty coral reef pinnacle with swim thru & reef fish.We saw many odd creatures, fish,& nudis in the muck...many of them hairy. We were upgraded from a cottage suite to a traditional house which was very nice, clean with 2 queen beds & a large stone shower. All rooms had a water view.Restaurant had a large menu & all meals were ordered. All the staff were very nice & helpful.KBR is easy to reach using Singapore Air from JFK in NYC to Manado,Indonesia.Tina with Island Dreams Travel booked our trip& did a great job as always.
