Comments We spent 6 days at Froggies had a great time with up to 4 dives a day all within 30 mins of the resort. They have 4 divers or less assigned to the local Indonesian divemaster/guide for great wall and drift dives with beautiful hard and soft corals. You will have the same dive guide during your stay and they load, unload and clean all the dive gear for you. Easy diving for sure. All of the diving is from medium size boats with up to three dive groups on the boat. The water temperature was 80F to 83F with visibility from 60 – 80ft. Nitrox is available, all dives left as planned smoothly and meals are held up for divers. The divemaster guides all knew the area and dive sites.

The food was very good and plentiful. Every breakfast Froggies had made to order eggs. If the resort only had a few guests you ordered from a limited daily menu and the food was plated and served to you. If the resort had more guests meals were served buffet style. They also had cold beer and soda reasonably priced all day long.

They have a variety of rooms from small to big and a few with A/C. If you have issues with stairs make sure you get a room with fewer stairs. Our room was large with hot water, a fan, A/C and a nice patio. Internet was available in the lounge/restaurant area and sometimes available WIFI in our room.

We has some challenges with our schedule once we were in Indonesia and Froggies was flexible with arrival dates, transfers and rooms. You can easily spend up to two weeks at Bunaken and dive different sites.

My suggestion would be split Bunaken and Lembeh North Sulawasi for muck and critter diving. Two very different types of diving about 2.5 hours from each other crossing through Manado as the center hub.
