Comments Remote Indonesian diving, easily accessible via direct flight form Jakarta, amongst other options (Manado, Strong, Makassar, Surabaya..).

Diving is an excellent mix of coral on the outer side and muck within Ambon Bay. Usual critters amongst the muck including regular Rhinopias, frogfish, many varied nudibranchs and the occasional mega elusive Psychedelic Frogfish (absolutely no guarantees of this!!)

Diving is 3 tanks per day from comfortable day boats with lunch on board. Diving alternates between the coral, clear water one day and muck the next.

Accommodation in comfortable resort rooms or cottages, air conditioning, hot water, in rooms, serviced daily. Dinners are very sociable being 3-course family style, or buffet. Nothing exotic, amble quantities of local cuisine - dietary requirement catered for.

Post diving usually consists of photo processing, conversation and beers / wine outside the dive centre, pool relaxation or in house spa massages.

UW Photo Comments Excellent camera room with individual stations, loads of room and charging points. Fantastic subject matter especially for critters amongst the muck of Ambon Bay. No other divers on sites generally so untouched, no hassled critters. Good spotters amongst the guides. Good equipment handling by all crew.
