Comments Two words describe each & every aspect of the Dewi Neusantara operation........" First Class"

The diving was 11 days in Raja Ampat. Top notch.
The diving ranged from very good to many sites being world class.
Some sites were mind boggling. One channel dive stands out in my mind. The side of the channel was on a 45 degree angle, down to about 100 ft. The entire side of the channel was covered with an array of very beautiful soft and hard corals. In the channel itself was a constant procession of different schools of fish, each numbering from hundreds to thousands per school. first Jacks, then snappers, then spadefish, and on and on and on. Also seen were sharks, Napoleon Wrasses, Bumphead Parrotfish, etc.

Macro diving was good with lots of fascinating little critters. Our guide Stephen was very good at finding them. Dwarf sea horses stand out in my mind. Both Pink ones and little red ones with white polka dots.

The boat is 150 ft under deck and 190 ft long overall. So it has the luxury of much space for its 18 divers. The staterooms are easily twice the size of rooms in other liveaboards. Other areas in the boat are correspondingly large.

The guides and boat crews are terrific & most helpful.

The meals onboard are amazing for a dive boat. Not the usual dried out fish & meats on other liveaboards. More like the type of food expected in a very good restaurant at home.

Every little detail is attended to properly. The hospitality of the entire staff was wonderful. What more can I say !
