Comments Spacious boat, outstanding crew and service, truly great diving. One of the measures of the greatness of this operation is the number of repeat visitors on board, which, in our case, was about 50%. For many, including several very experienced photographers, this boat is visited 1-3 times per year. Many of the guests have more than 1,000 dives; others as few as 150. (Because of the heavy current at some sites, this area is not great for inexperienced divers). The boat is 150 feet in length, with several common spaces for dive prep, meals, and lounging between dives. Below the main deck, there are eight staterooms with either queen-sized or double beds, desk, closet and cubbies, ac, good lighting and a large bathroom with a full sized shower. There is also a master suite in the stern. The boat has room for 18 guests and an equal number of staff, with no less than six divemasters, all of whom are great. The food is outstanding, verging on gourmet. I am not a photographer, but the very experienced photographers on board seemed very happy with the facilities.

The diving was unparalleled. During our tour in early October, there were large schools of silver sides (bait fish) at several sites we visited in the south (near Misool). This generated a lot of hunting action sometimes with large schools of mobula rays, jacks and mackerel hunting the silver sides - true National Geographic moments. We also saw lots and lots of white tip, black tip and gray reef sharks, tassled Wobbegong sharks, manta rays, jacks, batfish, bumphead parrot fish, chevron barracuda, many sea turtles, mantis shrimp, orangutan crabs, anemone fish, moray eels, large and tiny, garden eels, and much, much more. The soft and hard corals are especially beautiful. After lunch one day, a whale shark swam up beside the boat, the first such sighting for the very experienced crew. We also saw a humpback whale and a pair of dolphins. Highly recommend.
