Comments I flew from Seattle to Roatan through Houston and was met by the host hotel - Clarion Suites at Pineapple Villas. My room was ready and perfect for a nap after a red eye from Seattle. The hotel has a couple restaurants which were really reasonable with good service and good food. The next day (Saturday) the hotel took me to Romeo's Restaurant where the boat is docked for my 3:30 boarding. I rented equipment for the week and it was set up for me near the entry to the dive platform as, due to some arthritis problems, I cannot carry the gear very far on the surface. The crew was incredible with the help they offered both getting into and out of the water. They could not have made it any easier for me. We dove Cayos Cochinos and most sites in the area except for Utila. Marine life was plentiful and a special treat was the millions of silversides as we dove Dolphin Caves (not really a cave). Food on the boat was incredible and included organic greens from Guanaja, plenty of local food and flavors and truly decadent desserts! Cabins are cozy but who spends a lot of time in them anyway. Could not say enough for the crew and the newly refurbished boat. It was a treat!
