Comments I can't say enough about the Scuba/dolphin programs they have for kids. We had 7 grandkids with our group of 28: 3 in the 10-13 range who received their Jr Scuba certifications, another a 9-year old who completed the SASSY program. A 14-year old who was certified peviously so dove with the adults. The older boys kayaked, swam/snorkeled with dolphins, kept busy the whole week. AKR's programs kept the kids so busy and out of trouble they were never annoying to the adults in the group who came without kids and just wanted to dive. Dive boats were large and comfortable with easy off and on, and crew did a good job. We've already booked a family return to AKR for next Spring Break since the kids are anxious to pursue more diving and complete Open Water certifications, etc. I've also recommended the resort to other older adults because the diving is easy, water is warm and clear and the dolphins are always smiling! There is an extra charge for the dolphin encounters and I feel comfortable that the dolphins are well cared for. Most have been born at AKR. Several in our group paid extra for a very exciting shark dive in somewhat choppy water provided by another dive operator.

UW Photo Comments Anthony's Key Resort is all about the dolphin research facility. Dive with dolphins, swim with dolphins, snorkel with dolphins. Other than...dolphins...this is typical Caribbean diving which most of us like to do sometimes because it's an easy break from the long flights to the other side of the planet for the best diving. Incidentally, those little GoPro cameras are really great for the shark and dolphin dives.
