Comments The dive operation is very well run with an experienced crew. The only complaint I have is with the office operation which seems error prone. I believe everyone tries hard to give good service, but there were several cases of miscommunication and mistakes with paperwork.

I picked the advanced dive package starting with the first day on the Carthaginian wreck. Apparently, not enough divers signed up for the trip so it was cancelled. I was supposed to check in at 12:30pm on Monday and when I arrived, was told that there were no other dives going out in the afternoon. They had rescheduled me for a morning dive, but had not notified me in time for me to change plans. I had even checked the afternoon before and was told that everything was all set. I did get a refund for the missed dive.

The next day was the Hammerhead dive which has had poor reviews from other divers because of the rough conditions at the site. This was clearly stated as an advanced dive, so divers should know what to expect. The sea was relatively calm and there was not much current. As a result, we saw no hammerheads, only a single Galapagos shark. On the first dive, the divemaster had us swimming against current which caused us to use up all our air in a half hour. The second dive was very pleasant but no hammerheads.

The following day we did two dives on the back wall of Molokini which I have done twice before. It is well worth it to do this drift dive.

Finally, we did a three-tank dive trip to Lanai on sites rarely dove by anyone else. All three were excellent dives.

Sandwiches and snacks were served each day and they were tasty.

I highly recommend this operation, although I would suggest that they give their office staff some training and revise some of their policies to provide better customer service.
