Comments Food aboard Galapagos Aggressor I was excellent and varied. Hot luncheon soup, 2 desserts daily, roast turkey!!! Hot snacks,cocoa/Hot towels after every dive. Divemasters Giancarlo and Nelson gave careful pre-dive briefings and advice - answered all questions in clear English. 9 staff in total on board to cover all areas smoothly. Beer & wine included after diving day. Wore 5mm BARE Elastek suit with Merino long underwear+rash guard shirt underneath - was never cold; most divers wore medium thick gloves and hoods but thinner gloves and snap-on Caribbean hoods would suffice. One guest wore 8mm suit with shorty and was still chilly. 67-82F. Aggressor I and II are side by side for duration but dive times staggered. Saw huge schools of scalloped Hammerheads, Silky & Galapagos sharks, lots of turtles, dolphins, parrots, sea lions, and tons of moray eels, 7 WHALE SHARKS. Water on surface very choppy and leaping into Zodiacs can be challenging. Was mostly overcast, coolish, with intense periods of sun and very hot & dry on land tours. Good visability most dives, variable currents, never waited long for Zodiac spotting & pick-up. Don't forget sunblock, hat, fly spray, drinkin' water. Had no problem buying Bonine in US airport kiosks to tackle seasickness issues. Took 1 tablet in early morning and 1 again around bedtime - very effective. Take care with sensitive toilets in cabins (easy on the handle and paper use!!) and be prepared for several long night crossings with roaring engines for 13 or 14 hours. Got a bit knackered from rocking & rolling sleeping bunks. Try p.m. naps on shorter dive days. Otherwise, WOW, WOW, WOW!!!

UW Photo Comments Only had one serious big camera guest. Had no trouble with set up or handling. Professional underwater video available for $65.00. Well worth it plus extra photos given in addition to video. Other guests had small cameras that captured excellent pictures as well. Decent visability on most dives. Whale sharks were cooperative during filming.
