Comments I visit Cozumel about 3-6 times yearly. The beds at the Barracuda are new, and as hard as the old ones. The hotel has updated with a new pool and bar, but has a tendency to get loud with locals, their children and cruise ship passengers. Hurricane Wilma's affects are still evident both above and below water: the fauna is returning as are the fish, the coral has a lot of sand on it, but it is coming back. Dive paradise now offers a boat ride to dive the shore of the mainland and the area is a turtle lovers paradise. I plan to go back as soon as my schedule allows.
