Comments We stayed a little more than a week and did 24 dives with Dive Palancar. After a couple of days, they realized that we were relatively experienced (and respectful) divers. The DMs (especially Lobo) accommodated our suggestions as to dive sites, and they were very willing to take us to the more distant sites. After expressing an interest, and after they admitted that they first evaluate proficiency, we were told that they would be pleased to take us (and several other experienced divers with whom we had dived during the week)to Punta Sur. We did Devil's Throat one day, and Cathedral the next day.

Dive Palancar presents a very professional and courteous operation.

NOTE: We stayed at the resort next door, and Dive Palancar picked us up and dropped us back at our dock. They were there without fail, and usually early.
