Comments Chris and Kate Alpers run an excellent small operation. They put a max of 6 divers on their 280 Sea Ray. Chris was leading our dives and Kate was in the rear and acted as a safety diver. Chris is more talkative then Kate but both will go out of their way for you to be comfortable. They emphasize safety. They provide you with a fresh towel after your first dive and fruit and cookies to cut the taste of salt water. I have dived with many operations but I liked the small boats. They also handled all the paper work online before our trip which was very nice. I believe their operation is suited for the more advanced diver rather than beginners. However, my son was a beginner and they were quite willing to let him go at his own pace. Give them a try. I think you will be happy. Also, we stayed at the Grand Cayman Beach Suites. It is an excellent hotel and Chris and/or Kate provided transportation to the boat.
