Comments I am a PADI Master Diver and my wife is an Advance Diver. We are both 63. I tote along all our scubs gear and my Niko D500 with two strobes and another Sea/Sea backup camera with strobe (we're not light travelers). Got there on Friday and on the boat Saturday for our first dives on Grand Cayman Sunday and over to Little Cayman on Monday. Was not aware it was an 8hr boat trip to Little Cayman from Grand Cayman. Rough ride as it was choppy - skipped supper! Then another hour over to Brac a day or so later for two dive sites. This was our 3rd Agressor trip in the Carribean and it was the second best. Turks was the best and Utila a close third (the old boat). The captains of the other two Agressors were better than this one. His crew was great. The cook was the worse of the three. I loved checking out the bowels of the Kittiwake! What a great wreck to dive from beginner to Tech. No need for wreck cert on this one, but still need to be a good diver - take a good light with you! We were in the main big cabin. We got some leakage from an adjacent cabin that had a major leak issue that took several days to address.

Stayed at the Sunset House the first night on our arrival at Grand Cayman, was not impressed. The plan was to be able to check it out for a possible site to bring daughter and two grandsons for diving and snorkling.

Overall, you can't beat Aggressor diving and if you want a lot of different dive sites and 3-5 dives a day of "Eat, Sleep, Dive" then this is a great way to do it. We are confirmed live-a-board divers.

The Cayman Islands are expensive as they are on the pound/euro. Most restraurants three times as expensive as in states. Three mile taxi ride was $20-25. On last day we had all day on shore to kill before flying out. We checked out luggage with the air lines and went to the turtle farm (8,000 turtles either in rehab or being raised).
