Comments The good: Fish life is prolific here. Loads of Caribbean fish! Seahorses of all colors, Octopus, Filefish, Blennies, Coney, Angelfish, Porcupines, Burrfish, Shark, and schools of Cardinal, Squirrelfish, and Grunts. The only fish we did not see a lot of were Grouper. Sponges of every color and texture. So much to look at!
Dive operation is really a pleasure to work with. The dive guides can find anything! Very safety minded and environmentally conscious.
The bad: Too many Lionfish, but they do try to cull them whenever they can.
The Village Apartment was a great place to stay. Val & George were very helpful. We had a great deal going in August. Know if you go: Air conditioning is metered and costs extra. We were there for 18 nights - A/C was about $75 - very reasonable! We ran it usually from 5pm to 7am. Also, if you run out of toiletpaper, paper towels, soap, you must buy more to replace. Maid service was regular. Great place to stay & we'll return. This was our 10th year with Dive Adventures & we'll also return.
