Comments Our dive equipment were placed in a skiff that was towed behind the boat. A sealable rubbermaid container would be preferable to a dive bag. Bring your own towels and be aware this is very rustic. Bring all your entertainment and Alcohol and snacks. The drive to Port Hardy is long and then there is a 90 plus minute boat ride so bring everthing you need plus spares. The sleeping arrangement are often in a dormitory. The weather when we were there was very windy and rainy. It is not always like this but you need to be prepared. Some people did complain on not enough food though I always had enough. The above water is tolerable, but the diving made up for it.
The water was clear and the currents were huge. John's knowledge of the area and currents was amazing. The diving was unescorted and intense. It is not for the novice and I would strongly recommend a drysuit. Browning Wall, Seven Tree Island, Rock of Life, The Themis are all great dives and must be seen to be believed.

UW Photo Comments There was a dunk tank on shore for the cameras and thee is enough space to work on your stuff. It is isolated and anything you may need like more batteries need to be brought along.
