Comments Divers Den is very well run and a friendly place. They accomadate you as well as possible. The town of Tobermory has many good, but no great, motels, we stayed at the Bruce Anchor Inn. There are many good restaurants, and a good local brewery. There are many other outdoor activities and side trips available for non divers. The boats are solid and utilitarian, the captain we had was excellent.
The shore dives were fascinating although the shore entry was tough footing. Beautiful geological formations. The wrecks are well preserved and have history to many of them. You need a dry suit or equivalent due to the temps. The shop had aluminum 80's for rent or will fill your own, they bank 32%, but can adjust. This is a place you have to check off your bucket list.
The drive is a little tedious the last 3 hours on 2 lane 50 mph. roads, the price for going here.
