Comments This was a group trip booked through Diventures in Springfield, MO. This is a small sailing vessel with bunks, not cabins, and very limited space below deck. That said, it was a wonderful trip. We dove six days. They offered a night dive every day, but I only did it once. At my age four dives a day is enough. The food was excellent and considering the size of the kitchen, each meal was a miracle. Salt water showers or cold fresh water showers. But heck, you are among friends. We all got to be a close group and enjoyed good conversations and life stories. We did one wreck dive, a shark feeding experience, which was exciting, a small plane wreck, and just beautiful reefs and walls. We did a late evening drift dive through the Washing Machine, which is like an exciting roller coaster. The area was beautiful. The crew of Morning Star was excellent, very friendly, helped us out with all our needs. The gear stays on your tank the whole week. They fill up the tanks during surface time. Always above 3000 psi each time. My dive buddy and I hope to make the trip again.
