Comments 83 on surface but down to 67 below 60'. Froze in 3mm and switched to rental 6.5 mm. Inexpensive dives; one tank per quick trip. Drift through rocky canyons. puffers, eels, small tropicals but loads of black spiny urchins, about 1 per sq. ft.
