Comments Rugged diving from Rubber Ducks (RIBs). Usually can enter Rubber Ducks from river and not beach (depending on tides) but still need to get through surf at river mouth. In winter it's cold and can be wet and windy in open boat. They have foul weather gear but to insure your size, bring your own coat. Also bring dry bag, gloves, hats, sun lotion. Sharks on every dive, either Ragged Tooth (like sand tigers found in NC) or, on baited dives, Oceanic Black Tips. Did 8 dives in 4 days fro some of the best diving in the world (for me). Viz. sometimes bad with surge, but then you can do macro on clown anemone fish or nudibranchs.
